Welcome to Orka ("we", "us", "our"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of drinkorka.com (the "Site") and any purchase you make through it. By accessing the Site or buying our products, you agree to be bound by these Terms—including the Privacy Policy contained herein. If you do not agree, please refrain from using the Site.

2. Eligibility & Account Security

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to purchase from Orka. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

3. Products, Pricing, & Availability

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities offered and to discontinue products at any time. Descriptions and images are provided for convenience; actual products may vary slightly.

4. Orders & Payment

Payment is due at checkout. We accept major credit cards and other methods listed at checkout. By submitting an order, you authorize us to charge the provided payment method for the total amount, including applicable taxes and shipping.

5. Shipping

We currently ship within the United States. Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout and begin once your order is dispatched. Shipping charges are non‑refundable unless otherwise stated in our Refund Policy.

Refund & Returns Policy

We stand behind our products and want you to be fully satisfied. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may request a return or refund under the terms below.

1. Return Window

You may return unopened, unused cases of Orka within 30 days of the delivery date. For defective or damaged items, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

2. Eligibility Criteria

  • Products must be in their original packaging and in resalable condition.

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

  • Promotional or discounted items are subject to the same return window unless explicitly marked "Final Sale."

3. How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email hello@orkabeveragecompany.com with your order number and the reason for the return.

  2. We will respond within two business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions.

  3. Pack the items securely and include the RMA number on the outside of the package.

  4. Ship the package to the address provided. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrived damaged or we sent the wrong item.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you a confirmation. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Shipping fees are non‑refundable unless the return is due to our error.

5. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different product, please initiate a return and place a new order.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, email hello@orkabeveragecompany.com with photos of the issue and your order details. We will ship a replacement or issue a full refund, including shipping.

7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund after 10 business days, first check your bank account, then contact your credit‑card company. If the refund is still missing, email us at hello@orkabeveragecompany.com.
